Ingolf Weichelt worked for more than 25 years as a civil engineer in Lusatia before he became passionately involved in tourism as a career changer at the IBA. Enthused about the IBA’s visions, projects and objectives, he wants as many visitors as possible to be able to experience the change in Lusatia with IBA Tours. He is decisively responsible for the development, configuration and organisation of the tours, and endeavours to network the tour offerings with the regional tourism providers.
