Christian Rückert began his professional career as a machinist for open-cast equipment in the Meuro Open Cast Mine, where today the future Ilse Lake is forming. In his subsequent studies of business administration, his focuses were on finance management/controlling and its application in medium-sized companies as well as in the financial service sector. Therefore, it was natural that he not only co-authored a standard business studies textbook and an exercise book, but also worked in the Controlling Department of the Lower Lusatian Savings Bank and as private customer advisor at a financial service provider in Cottbus even during his course of studies. As a system administrator at the IBA, he is the first contact for all issues dealing with EDP and all of the other large and small technical problems of his fellow employees.
