Roswitha Budich is a native Lusatian and had to move to Großräschen many years ago due to mining activities. As an industrial business management assistant, she worked, e.g., in a microelectronics factory and in the projection department of the Brown Coal (Lignite) Administration in Großräschen. Subsequent to advanced training as a management assistant in data processing, she now works at the tour service of the IBA Terraces.
